    Proposed Solutions: I proposed a shift in focus towards a B2B business model and the implementation of the following processes:

Despite investing $4,800 in Facebook Ads and paying multiple fees to a California agency, they failed to generate sales through their online B2C channel. Additionally, they experienced difficulties with cross-domain tracking, limiting effective data measurement on the web. The US alcohol market presented another additional challenge.

    Solutions Provided:

    - I conducted data analysis to identify inefficiencies from the Ads campaigns.
    - I carried out a web migration, unifying routes, redesigning the website, and improving the analytical layer.
