- Governmental Scraping Microservice — Hono + TypeScript + Playwright + RabbitMQ. Automates queries to 6 Colombian government portals (ADRES, RUNT, SISBÉN, Procuraduría, Registraduría, Policía) during patient admission. Includes automatic captcha resolution (OCR + 2Captcha) and anti-bot evasion techniques. Eliminates 3–5 minutes of manual processing per patient.

- AI Clinical Note Auditing — Service that analyzes clinical notes in real-time with GPT-4.1 detecting inconsistencies, document quality issues, and copy-pasting. Implemented with responsible AI: confidence thresholds, human review in the gray area, prompt versioning, and governance dashboard.

- SOAT Cap Certificate — TypeScript/Hono microservice that unifies certificate downloading, classification, and uploading to Power BI dashboards for La Previsora and Seguros Comerciales Bolívar. Direct impact on IPS billing and cash flow.

🧱 Frontend & Architecture:

Design and implementation of frontend architecture for Esculapio (legacy migration → modern web platform), including Design System and Backend for Frontend (BFF).

Development and deployment of autonomous AI agents for SinergIA clients, covering sales (lead scoring and follow-ups), customer service (contextual chatbots), inventory (stock prediction), and HR (CV screening and onboarding).

Integration of workflows with n8n and LLMs (Claude, GPT), automating repetitive processes and reducing manual times by 60-80% depending on the case, aligned with Cristian Betancur's vision of accessible AI and real results.

Design of agent-friendly systems with RAG and advanced prompt engineering, incorporating AI into existing platforms to enhance functionalities such as predictive analysis and resource optimization.

Direct collaboration with CEO Cristian Betancur on customized projects: from data preparation to strategic advice for scaling automations in Colombian SMEs.

I designed the landing page for Patito Media, which includes an online booking functionality and a client area under development. In this section, clients will be able to access a dashboard with all their service information, including contracts, payment receipts, campaign statistics, project progress, and technical support. Additionally, Patito Media entrusts me with software projects for their clients, covering web and mobile application development.
