I participated in the development and management of the delivery cycles for the following projects:

- Migration to Angular 16 of a web application for managing company accounting schemas. Agile, 4 people.

- Development of a company account archiving solution composed of two batch applications (archiving and database account verification), a REST API exposing the data, and an Angular web application to display archived accounts to the user.

Technical stack: Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Java, Angular.

- Migration of the main company accounting web application. Agile, 10 people.

Technical stack: Angular, RxJS, NgRx, Spring MVC, Java.

Amadeus provides the technology that runs the travel industry – from initial search to booking, pricing to ticketing, reservations management to check-in and departure processes.

I participated in the development and management of delivery cycles related to electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) for airlines, on the following projects:

- Aegean Airlines Legacy: maintenance and development of new features on Aegean Airlines' legacy web application. Waterfall, 10 people.

- Aegean Airlines Redesign: full-stack redesign focused on accessibility, responsive design, and single-page multi-view behavior, at the request of Aegean Airlines. Agile, 15 people.

- Aegean Airlines: maintenance and development of new features requested by Aegean Airlines. Waterfall, 10 people.
