- Mission: Lead the project for the deployment of a new SI repository for mapping the Telecom network - €10M

- Impactful achievement: Directed and coordinated a struggling project, shifted from a logic of deploying IT functionalities to deploying business use cases, change management support referent

Insurance, ASAC-FAPES

- Mission: Define the scope for the company's subscription and management SI digitalization project, Salesforce integration

- Impactful achievement: Business functional IT analysis expert referent for the General Management

Mutual insurance, SMACL Assurances

- Mission: Lead the project for the overhaul of the company's subscription and management SI - 30,000 person-days

- Impactful achievement: Coordinated 10 projects, redesigned program governance, PMO (Sciforma), methodological support for the business analysis team, structured the change management plan

Industry, Promut, in partnership with Afnor

- Mission: Re-evaluate the production processes of a carpentry workshop with 14 workers, ESAT (adapted work center)

- Impactful achievement: Reorganization of the workshop

Context: Member of the Club since 2014, member of the executive committee since 2019

Challenge: Contribute to the influence of the BPM approach for process-driven management, linking organizational, operational, management, and technology aspects

- Contribution to a collective work "Process and Transversality(ies)" AFNOR Editions

- Participation in the translation and enrichment of the CBOK (discipline's bible)

- Redesign of the association's training materials

- Participation in workshops on innovative topics (systemic thinking, agility, liberated enterprise, customer journey...)

- Publications in the professional journal Transversus: "Agility meets processes"; "The principles of positive education applied to management practices"
