As part of this assignment, I held the position of Automation and Orchestration Expert within the OPS Infrastructure, Middleware, and Database Heritage team. My role was to ensure the evolution and reliability of infrastructures while providing Level 3 technical support.

Main missions:

Automation & Orchestration: Development and optimization of workflows with HP OO and Stackstorm, advanced scripting in Powershell and Javascript.

Infrastructure Management: Evaluation and correction of obsolescence, participation in on-call duties and maintenance weekends.

Technical Support: Support for development and operations teams (particularly with RUN in Singapore), analysis and resolution of critical incidents.

Documentation & Technological Watch: Writing technical documents, impact studies, and participation in technical committees.

Project Management: Steering and implementation of IT system improvement initiatives.

Technical skills utilized:

Through this assignment, I was able to strengthen my expertise in infrastructure orchestration and automation, while working in a demanding banking environment in terms of security and performance.

Technical expert within the Newmail Expertise Pole. The Newmail project consists of internalizing the integration and development of the email service platform offered by Orange France to its professional and consumer clients with their internet access, while modernizing it. Log analysis and detection of functional/technical errors. Deployment and operation of the bi-site cloud Openstack infrastructure. Development of tools/applications with Python Technical environment: Openstack, Chef, ELK, Zookeeper, ActiveMQ, Dovecot, Open-Xchange, API, SOAP, OpenLDAP, Chef.
