As the founder and CEO of DFOA Consulting, I have been assisting executives, freelancers, and investors for several years in structuring, optimizing, and developing their international activities.

Our mission: to offer a clear, compliant, and profitable vision for each entrepreneurial project, combining legal rigor, tax strategy, and operational field experience.

My role goes beyond mere technical expertise. I act as a strategic partner, capable of analyzing a project in its entirety, from the creation of a structure to the implementation of efficient financial flows, including managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Each support is based on a personalized, results-oriented, and sustainable approach.

In 2017, DFOA Consulting integrated the activities of Vivre au Portugal Consulting, to unify expertise in strategic consulting, taxation, and expatriate support.

In parallel with my consulting activities, I act as an authorized business introducer for Novo Banco, one of Portugal's leading banking institutions.

My role is to assist entrepreneurs, investors, and expatriates in opening professional accounts and setting up banking solutions tailored to their strategic needs.

Thanks to a keen understanding of compliance, international taxation, and business structuring issues, I act as a facilitator of banking relationships.

My goal is to help executives save time, gain access to the right contacts, and secure their financial operations from the moment their company is launched, whether it is local or foreign.

This activity is a continuation of my work: offering a complete ecosystem around business creation and development in Portugal.

In direct liaison with the Novo Banco teams, I ensure rigorous, confidential follow-up for each client, compliant with European KYC and AML standards.

I founded Vivre au Portugal Consulting in Porto to assist French-speaking individuals and entrepreneurs in settling, investing, or establishing their businesses in Portugal.

My goal is simple: to make this transition smooth, compliant, and sustainable, by providing concrete solutions at every administrative, fiscal, and logistical stage.

Having settled in Porto a few years ago, I personally went through this expatriation journey, both personally and professionally.

This experience allowed me to build a solid network of local partners (lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, real estate agents) and to understand the real needs of foreign entrepreneurs.

It is this lived experience that gives my company its authenticity and effectiveness on the ground today.

I also developed a department dedicated to professionals wishing to create or transfer their company to Portugal, to help them fully benefit from the attractive tax incentives offered by the country.
