For a leader in telecom and IT solutions in Africa, provide support and recommendations to the technical director and his teams on project management, service delivery, and logistics:

- Ensure the success of telecom infrastructure deployment projects (VSAT, SDWAN) or value-added services (hosting, security).

- Participate in and manage the response to calls for tender.

- Manage a client portfolio, monitor SLAs, and lead operational meetings with clients and dedicated technical teams.

- Lead and assist the team (5 people) and manage internal KPIs.

- Monitor and maintain relationships with local partners in 43 countries.

- Review and optimize internal processes.

Within the IT Infrastructure and Production department, responsible for run and build activities for the integration of all company software packages:

- Manage over 80 software projects by building and coordinating project teams

- Supervise a team of 10 analysts and project managers

- Communicate project progress (quality/costs/deadlines) to various committees

- Organize and monitor L2/L3 support

- Participate in calls for tender and supplier selection

- Propose and develop projects for tool, method, and security optimization.

- Manage and anticipate risks and uncertainties in projects and ensure deliverable quality

- Participate in budget development and monitoring within the group

In the Aircraft Engineering & Technology division, manages the evolution of air/ground data communication infrastructure, representing 2500 sites in 172 countries and an annual budget of $20M:

- Lead major supplier contracts in all aspects of the lifecycle process.

- Ensure all procedures associated with the introduction or change of an infrastructure element are properly documented, maintained, and communicated to the respective deployment teams (20 people). Areas covered include finance, procurement, legal, repair procedures, preparations, inventory and stock management, and logistics.
