🎯 Business Analyst – Information Systems

As a Business Analyst, I support business units in transforming their needs into concrete, sustainable, and adapted solutions, whether in the insurance world (Cleva) or on technological platforms like Microsoft Power Platform.

At Inetum, I work for Swiss Life and PROBTP clients on complex projects related to Provident and Welfare.

My role: analyze requests, lead scoping and refinement workshops, participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, propose optimizations, and configure business processes using Cleva (JEXL, macros, databanks, RULR…).

My previous experience at TotalEnergies allowed me to hold a central role as an AMOA referent for Power Platform tools, from requirements analysis to team coordination and solution deployment (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
