Governance, strategic decisions, partner management, participation in defining delivery model and transformation, leader of the entire activity

As part of BNP's 2022-2025 transformation, I am leading the transformation program within the BP2I subsidiary for the "Customer" division's scope (stream): 6 very diverse projects to improve customer experience (B to B, internal clients). From improving request management (migrating ITSM Request management to ServiceNow), redesigning the service catalog, implementing new Cloud and legacy IT infrastructure SLAs with an "end-to-end" vision, developing various automation solutions (market place, cost allocation, billing automation...)

As a transition manager, I am leading a strategic program, setting up a data center (network Lan/Wan, security, virtualization +5000 VMs, various infrastructure solutions backup, archiving, VOIP, Vmware, citrix, ...), 3 internal clients (banks) set to migrate their data centers, international context, C Level contacts, group and subsidiary CIOs, CTOs, but also project and operational teams, delivery.
