My work is carried out in a complex environment, combining historic buildings, heritage requirements, a high density of stakeholders, and operational continuity imperatives.

I am responsible for technical management, critical review of studies, validation of electrical architecture choices, and execution monitoring to ensure consistency between design, site reality, and regulatory requirements.

I also play a key role in multi-lot interface management, particularly with technical and architectural trades, to anticipate risks, resolve blockages, and maintain operational project flow.

Electrical engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in CFO/CFA/SSI, I work on complex technical projects in project management, execution direction, and multi-lot coordination. I have managed several branches and technical departments (JP Fauche, Garcia Ingénierie, Spie Batignolles Énergie) and today I support clients and companies on large-scale operations: hospitals, airports, public access buildings, data centers, logistics platforms, and high-end real estate.
