• SNCF:

Transformation program management: supporting change in the design and implementation of new delivery models between the entity in charge of infrastructure and operations (DOSN) and client IT departments "Hardware" & "Transilien" (trains in the Paris region, 70% of passenger traffic).

The transformation focuses on a profound change in the common way of working in a context of devops transformation (move to clouds Azure & AWS, Iaas/PaaS/CaaS, Kubernetes/Ansible/Jenkins, Safe scale agility, industrialization and standardization, ITIL/ServiceNow, Jira/confluence).

o Co-construction with the various business lines and internal and client IT stakeholders of the new models

o Study of organizational and process impacts: new definitions of DOSN roles and professions, relations with service centers and competence centers, adaptation of existing processes, phasing and roadmap of organizational evolution and governance. Industrialization and standardization rules.

o Transformation referent to client IT departments: joint analysis of business impacts, devops evangelization, communication actions, selection of candidate projects, cost/time/quality manager, monitoring of DAL & DAT architecture files, migration plans and phasing.

o Change program management: definition, qualification, selection, allocation of necessary profiles by project, monitoring of resources and planning, definition of project indicators (KPI), risk management and remediation, implementation of REX, relationship with IT project managers, animation of steering committees, alignment of teams.

Design of a Target Operating Model as part of the definition of a new ecosystem to host group and subsidiary applications, based on Azure and Alibaba clouds and a CaaS logic on Kubernetes

Biomouv develops digital therapies for the rehabilitation of patients (Web, mobile, connected objects) suffering from chronic diseases. These medical devices adapt programs in real time thanks to an AI integrating environmental, health, physical activity and nutrition data.

As founder and CTO, my responsibilities focused primarily on:
