As Country Manager, I am responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial direction of the company's activities at the national level. My role involves ensuring sustainable revenue growth, operational profitability, and team development, while guaranteeing alignment with the group's overall strategy.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels, including social networks, job boards, and school partnerships, etc.

Reporting and Monitoring: Track and document recruitment activities, generate reports on key metrics, and use this data to improve recruitment processes.

Application Screening: Review received applications, sort candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the positions, and rank them for potential interviews.

New Employee Onboarding: After offer acceptance, I play a role in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to succeed in their new role.
