Fabien Soulier

An event professional with over twenty years of experience, I wish to today put my skills to the service of your organization as a General Manager and Coordinator.

Trained in theater and film set design, I began my career with a very hands-on approach to the profession. During seven years of professional practice as a freelancer, I developed in-depth knowledge of the field by working on various projects: fashion shows, seminars, corporate events, and theater sets. This period allowed me to acquire great technical versatility, particularly in carpentry, upholstery, welding, and electricity.

Subsequently, I joined the Pernod Ricard France group, where I held the position of General Manager for eight years. This experience allowed me to move towards a global project coordination role: managing technical teams and service providers, logistical management, budget monitoring, anticipating operational constraints, and respecting deadlines, but also to develop my ability to anticipate and react to face any situation. I also developed solid skills in management, budget management, and decision-making autonomy, while being proactive and ensuring the feasibility of projects. I also continued to train in technical subjects such as electricity and show safety.

Recognized for my organizational skills, adaptability, and strategic vision for event management, I know how to bridge the gap between creative, technical, and budgetary requirements. Accustomed to working in demanding environments, I am comfortable both on-site and during the preparation and coordination phases of a project.
