Certified professional coach RNCP6, I have built my practice over more than 25 years in complex industrial environments — after-sales support, production, ethics & compliance, legal — in which I have consistently supported individuals and teams facing situations of transition, repositioning, and loss of bearings. It's not coaching that I discovered in training. It's a posture that I developed on the ground, which I chose to professionalize to give it the rigorous framework it deserved. I now support professionals from various backgrounds — executives, managers, freelancers, but also anyone going through a career break, a forced transition, or a professional rebuilding — with the same requirement: to start from what the person is actually experiencing, not from what is expected of them. My approach is based on structured and proven tools, including the Tree of Life and an adapted IKIGAI framework, formalized through years of practice in demanding professional contexts. It places listening at the center — not listening as a posture, but as a method: seeking the real need behind the formulated request.
