Within the "Lycées Digital" team:

• Status assessment / Needs assessment

• Management of relations with infrastructure operators and their subcontractors (contracting, work monitoring)

• Coordination of internal stakeholders (high schools, technical services of the high school department, digital department engineers)

Management and animation of a department focused on the implementation of European funds:

• General organization of the department and portfolios, definition of global and individual objectives

• Support and training for project managers in managing grant applications (instruction and controls)

• Implementation of the regulatory framework, responses to audits and controls

• Transverse co-construction, with other departments, of management rules (Implementation Document), steering tools (dashboards), and procedures and configuration of the monitoring software (synergy)

• Proposal and reflection on simplification

• Collaboration with internal partners (other departments), institutional partners (EPT / Departments / cities / CCI), and private partners (economic actors driving projects)

Initiation and coordination of public digital policies:

• Implementation of the France "Very High Speed Broadband" Plan: monitoring of territorial digital development in terms of infrastructure (fiber optic deployment, mobile networks)

• Development of digital uses and services for businesses, citizens, and public organizations. Local adaptations of national schemes (ANCT and ministries)

• Support tool for the implementation of public policies: reference systems and geographic information systems (GéoMartinique)

• Instructing service for awarding grants to ICT projects
