Swiss Army knife of training, I have held several positions over 15 years in 2 universes:

- Higher education (private and public)

- Vocational training

In detail: trainer, designer, pedagogical manager/program manager, training organization director, instructional designer, subject matter expert in pedagogy, manager of a team of project managers/instructional designers/designers, lecturer, associate professor, training engineer, consultant for training organizations.

Today:

- I help decision-makers define their training or skills development policy:

-- educational institutions and training organizations to make their offerings relevant, coherent, and actionable.

-- companies to best leverage their skills development function (alignment with strategy and field needs, resource utilization, convergence between HR functions and tools, redesign of training plans).

- I manage learning projects (digital, hybrid, in-person)

- I carry out training engineering or instructional design

In short, I maintain this "Swiss Army knife" aspect that is dear to me.
