- Profitability calculations and business plan

- Structuring of the demonstrator project

Definition of the methane emission reduction and company decarbonization strategy

- Data analysis on gas networks and their maintenance

- CO2eq emission calculations

- Definition of decarbonization equipment and operations

- Profitability calculation with carbon valorization (Quinet or market)

- Presentation of results (Board materials, CoPil oral presentations, other presentations)

Studies and support for various innovation projects and startups

- External market and competitor research

- Development of license and other IP strategies

- Project management during deployment phase

- Prospective and creativity

- Engineering calculations (preliminary sizing)

Responsible for the "Social & Environmental Performance" module of the Engineering Management major at EPF:

- Creation of course materials, assignments, and the final exam
