- Challenge the entire organization in its transformation as a Business Partner for Divisions and Regions (Move from a delivery center of excellence to a BU Business oriented and proactive approach)

- Prepare PPT Decks / Frameworks to ensure the Governance of the new CIO Office function

- Assist (and co-lead) the CIO Office in its desire to automate tasks, particularly portfolio monitoring: Project Request Demand, Budget automation

- Implementation of strategic project monitoring at the CANAL+ Telecom Board level

- Management of the strategic project portfolio (2022 Roadmap)

- Definition of processes for new project requests

- Creation of a "Project Manager Kit" with standard project management documents (Kickoff, Flash Report, Meeting Minutes, Lessons Learned...)

- Implementation of a One-Stop Shop for Continuous Improvement to report pain points

- Publication of a monthly newsletter to all CANAL+ Telecom (200+ people) for monitoring the Operational Excellence program
