This experience has taught me to reconcile people, operational efficiency, client experience, and technology across numerous business sectors, company sizes, and countries.

→ As CEO and Director of Operations, I structured key processes, particularly in delivery, while supporting teams in a rapidly growing IT service company context.

→ While maintaining a role as a senior consultant (advisory, pre-sales, and architecture), I had the opportunity to "unravel" and "reweave" organizations, leveraging digital tools to address the specific challenges of a large number of companies and support change.

Created the ECM business at Partitio with the company founder. Pre-sales, project management, functional analysis support (AMOA), integration, and maintenance for our first SME, mid-cap, and large enterprise clients in France and abroad (Africa & Asia). Recruited and trained the first ECM consultants, thus laying the foundation for a growing team.
