As part of an Agile/Scrum team of 10 developers, I participated in the design and development of a software solution for managing electronic health insurance transmissions (FSE), compliant with the specifications defined by the French National Health Insurance Fund (Assurance Maladie) and the requirements of the CNDA (National Center for Deposit and Approval).

On the backend, I developed REST APIs in C# / .NET 8 that orchestrate the transmission flows: building FSE batches, managing Noémie responses, tracking acknowledgments, and processing rejections. The modeling and optimization of the SQL Server database ensure complete traceability of each health insurance form's lifecycle.

On the frontend, I designed the interfaces in Angular 11, enabling healthcare professionals to manage their transmissions: monitoring dashboards, anomaly management, consultation of transmission history and responses from the Health Insurance Fund.

For integrations, I worked on exchanges with the SESAM-Vitale ecosystem: reading CPS and Vitale cards, building flows compliant with current standards, and interfacing with Social Security web services.

The entire development adhered to strict compliance with the CNDA specifications, with particular attention paid to the reliability of processing and the security of health data.

Migration and modernization of business applications for accounting professionals: moving from desktop applications to

cloud-native web applications.

What I implemented:

- Microservices architecture (.NET + Angular) hosted on Azure cloud

- CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and tests

- Training the team on modern web practices and automated testing

Impact: Reduced delivery times, autonomous teams on the new stack, modules deployed in production.

Results:

- Team of 6 developers trained on the technical stack

- Team of 3 testers trained on Playwright and automated microservices testing

- 3 microservices deployed in an application portal

I worked at Asys on the migration of an existing application written in WinDev/WebDev to .Net / Angular technologies.

I implemented a microservices architecture (both front-end and back-end) to rewrite the existing monolithic application in DDD mode. Each rewritten module ensures technical and functional autonomy but must be able to integrate into an already existing application (whether written with Angular / .Net or not).

I facilitated the adoption of Behavior Driven Development within the entire development team by implementing it during the rewrite phase (in collaboration with the Product Owner) and by demonstrating it during code review sessions.
