As a technical expert on the Firefly Services API range, I assist large enterprise clients in integrating these solutions into their complex environments. My role is to help them design and implement automated and reliable workflows to secure and industrialize the production of digital assets.

I work on specific Python developments (creating new workflows, adapting existing code) as well as implementing no-code solutions with tools like Power Automate or Workfront Fusion, depending on client needs and constraints. This versatility allows me to offer flexible and adapted integrations, ranging from business process automation to advanced production chain management.

Thanks to this expertise, I bring concrete added value: workflow reliability, reduction of manual errors, and improved productivity for creative and technical teams.

As the technical lead for automatic user synchronization, I assisted Adobe clients in configuring and migrating their solutions, particularly from User Sync Tool to Azure Sync, while managing complex environments integrating Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, and multi-console environments. I also handled the configuration and administration of various Admin Consoles and application packaging. In parallel, I designed internal applications with Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online, automated several processes via Power Automate, and created Power BI dashboards for operational monitoring. Finally, I developed internal tools in Python to leverage Adobe REST APIs (User Management API) and automatically process CSV files, contributing to the optimization and reliability of workflows.

Complete overhaul of client and internal backups with Veeam to ensure business continuity. Deployment of Zabbix 5.0 monitoring covering infrastructure and certain clients. Setup of IPSec/OpenVPN VPNs, hardening of firewalls, modernization of RDS servers, and training of technical teams.
