Set up the team of developers/functional analysts for the development, qualification, acceptance, and maintenance of a multi-channel outbound document management solution. The web platform is intended for use by Tessi Editique clients and to communicate with physical and digital production facilities. In addition, onboarded new clients onto the current processing chain using Quadient Inspire and Quadient Scaler.

Participated in sales cycles at the stages of needs analysis, software solutions/architectures definition, solution presentations/demonstrations, and tender responses. Recruited reseller/integrator partners and provided technical support. Prepared and delivered personalized presentations with EngageOne Compose, EngageOne Communicate, StreamWeaver, and Spectrum (data) products. Created several POCs on EngageOne Compose and EngageOne Communicate. Environment: EngageOne Compose, EngageOne Communicate, StreamWeaver, Spectrum.

Redesigned and consolidated document processing chains across 7 production sites. Analyzed existing products within the group and rationalized composition tools by centralizing on a Quadient Inspire Designer composition chain managed by Inspire Automation.
