Within a team dedicated to technological and methodological excellence, I was involved in the following areas:

● Implementation of cross-functional tools (API version management, API catalog publication, API test automation) on a SAFe project for Airbus

● Audit of the methodology for estimating workloads due to specification changes (AIFE = State Financial IT Agency)

● Technological, documentary, and organizational audit for a SAFe project for EDF

● Establishment of a technology watch unit for LowCode/NoCode technologies

Within the group's industrial division, I had the following responsibilities:

● Management of a project seeking to measure the productivity gain from using LowCode/NoCode technology (OutSystems/Mendix) (gain of a factor of 5 in development time, which led to the signing of a partnership with OutSystems)

● Technology watch on quantum computing

● Assistance in defining architecture and architecture review for a banking product from SopraSteria (now on Cloud technology) (architecture is complete, and the project is in the development phase)

● Management of the Solution Architecture Team for the i-Police project (Project built according to the SAFe methodology for the Belgian federal police, with a budget of approximately 200 million euros over 5 years) (first production entry planned for December 2023)

● Definition of architecture and prototyping of an application deployed on the Airbus Public Cloud

● Definition of architecture, prototyping, and team management for the CISAS application (DevOps tool suite for Airbus avionics and simulation, based on Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, and SonarQube)

● Implementation of prototypes (Hadoop, Neo4J, AWS)

● Technical mentoring of teams, problem-solving, technical support to development teams
