Fabian Weber

I have been gathering experience in event production and cultural management for almost 5 years now and have successfully led and executed various national and European projects in the cultural sector, with a growing focus on dance.

Coming from a background in Hip-Hop dance, I started planning my own events at a young age, such as the charity event "Guidance-Movement connects," which I successfully implemented for several years. This is also where my great passion for planning and executing events originates. Furthermore, my close connection to Hip-Hop culture and the associated community work helps me to be an open-minded and receptive person who places particular value on creating judgment-free spaces and non-hierarchical work structures.
