I work with 2–3 companies at a time, fully embedded in the team, not advising from the sidelines. Engagements typically cover topics such as: GTM strategy, product market fit, commercial operating cadence, pricing and unit economics, and building the growth engine and team so it runs without me.

Alongside fractional work, I take on selected project-based engagements across venture building and commercial work, for companies where a full fractional retainer isn't the right fit.
