With my combined expertise in operational IT management and software development, as well as goal-oriented project management, I want to specifically support teams and projects with my know-how. My goal is to actively shape modern IT and software landscapes while always keeping an overview to enable critical decisions for internal and external stakeholders.

I maintain a cooperative leadership style and, despite hierarchical structures, place great importance on meeting at eye level. I actively involve my team members to jointly develop solutions that are supported by everyone. Clear and firm agreements are an important instrument in this regard. As a manager, I see it as my task to create the necessary prerequisites and framework conditions in which everyone can contribute and develop optimally. If necessary, I assert myself skillfully and make realistic and implementable decisions.
