Data lifecycle consulting for a pharmaceutical company: we collaborated with the data area to validate and map the entire data lifecycle. As a result, we identified the critical data sources that contributed 90% of the value in business decision-making and automated several extraction processes, saving resources. Product launches: in various top 10 pharmaceutical companies, I led the launch of drugs for different therapeutic areas and Latin American markets. We developed strategies and tactics to differentiate ourselves in highly competitive markets and created new services for doctors and patients. Continuing medical education: we created continuing medical education activities for different phases of pharmaceutical product development and communication strategies to differentiate ourselves from the competition and generic products. For example, a hematology product campaign in Chile, Argentina, and Paraguay to maintain market share. Innovation and strategic communication: both as a product manager and in my role as an external consultant, we collaborated in the development of innovation strategies to identify needs, prioritize them, and generate innovative solutions.
