Excel spreadsheets/Tables and creation of clear, usable, and automated files: CSV transformation, data cleaning, tracking sheets, sheets with automated formulas.

PowerPoint presentations: clear and engaging slideshows, theme creation, concise visual aids.

Computer maintenance: System troubleshooting (Windows – Linux – MacOS), fault diagnosis and software or hardware resolution, computer equipment study and installation.

Organize and supervise animation activities and support for the adoption of ICT tools and uses. Ensure the management and maintenance of IT equipment. Design communication materials to promote activities and the organization. Set up workshops for professional reintegration and learning computer and office basics.
