As part of my mission at La Poste, I was responsible for analyzing and transforming Customer Experience dashboards, while managing the complexity of the Data ecosystem. I managed and automated business dashboards, performed statistical analyses (correlations, segmentation of Top and Flop 100 offices), and ensured the cleaning, structuring, and continuous updating of data to provide reliable and actionable insights.
