🔎 Context :
Complete re-design of our Information System with low-code technologies, and especially the back-office.

📍Objective :
Improve our customer satisfaction, by :
- Reducing the time taken to process refund requests,
- Improve the readability of the different status on a refund request, both for the operator, and the benficiary
- Centralise all actions taken by the different services, to reduce inneficiencies between several different tools
- Provide a more user friendly mobile app, for our clients

✅ Results :
- A migration of all our beneficiary list to supabase, with our new database schema
- More than 20 000 documents processed with refunds to this day
- A central back-office tool, used every day by operators, support and fraud teams, built on Weweb

- and automate the actions from a dashboard

📍Objectives :
- Propose a clean design with a Kanban view with cards, representing each opportunities
- Wire the backend logic, with automatic emails actions and notifications
allow when a card was moved from one column to another

- Created email templates, and wired them

- A more streamlined approach to dealing deal opportunities for investors, saving them a lot of time
