Context:

Provide support and guidance for the deployment of PMO and compliance activities.

Approach:

• Remediate the non-compliance of IT solutions in production according to the Technology Operating Model (TOM) framework defined by Deloitte Global.

• Oversee the compliance of new IT solutions before production deployment.

• Improve the compliance process to reduce the number of non-compliant IT solutions in production by optimizing processes (activities and resources).

• Communicate and raise awareness about the compliance process according to the TOM framework.

• Implement the TOM framework for the compliance of new solutions.

• Respond to audit recommendations on IT Governance processes (change management, etc.).

Results:

• Launch of remediation for the backlog of IT solutions.

• Initiation and monitoring of IT solution compliance before production deployment.

• Incorporation of an internal Deloitte audit recommendation (modification of the change management procedure).

Context:

Leading the deployment of the new version of Group IT Governance within the IT department (1,300 people) for Group Finance and Risk, spread across 3 continents (North/South America, Europe, Asia) – Support for the implementation of intergroup contracts.

Approach:

• Define the IT Governance framework (procedures and processes) to be deployed within the Group Finance and Risk IT department.

• Adapt IT Governance into specific procedures and processes within the IT department.

• Consolidate the framework of methods and tools that comply with IT Governance rules and requirements applicable to the IT department's IT activities.

• Train and support IT department teams and managers in adopting the IT Governance framework.

• Maintain the operational readiness of the IT Governance framework and the framework of methods and tools.

• Ensure that intergroup contracts within the IT department and with its beneficiaries exist and are up-to-date, with the implementation of intergroup contract monitoring.

• Contribute to the development of contracts.

• Presentation of the IT Governance framework and deployment objectives to managers, business line leaders, and identification of process owners (IT activities).
