Pitching LPEA's mission & strategy to Fund Managers, LPs, Asset Servicers, etc. (25% members increase in 2023).

Raising awareness for Luxembourg and the Alternative Investments' sector with presentations in universities across EU. Co-organization ofthe Insights Conference (biggest PE Conference in Luxembourg) including agenda development, audience growth and sponsors management. Planning, development & execution ofthe LPEA Academy, PE Certificate by HEC Liege Luxembourg, VC Master Class, etc.

Implementation of Business Development strategy (attracting new members, management of sponsors). Representing LPEA in conferences, delegations & international seminars in EU (IPEM, Slush, ICT Spring, etc). Co-organisation ofthe Insights Conference (Biggest PE Conference in Luxembourg with Fund Managers, LPs, Asset Servicers, etc). Planning, development & execution ofthe LPEA Academy (modules, speakers, program, accreditation, CPD, etc.). - Over 270 participants, 14 modules and 45 speakers per year. Coordination of working clubs & committees . Planning & execution of several short-term projects.
