With 17+ years in upstream and midstream oil & gas, I have led feasibility, concept select, and pre-FEED studies for projects and portfolios ranging from $1M to $300M+, supporting robust investment decisions in high-uncertainty environments.

My focus is on early-phase integration - aligning subsurface, surface facilities, cost, risk, and operational constraints into coherent solutions, rather than optimizing isolated disciplines.

In operator roles, I consistently originated and shaped brownfield modernization and re-engineering initiatives, translating operational constraints and asset integrity challenges into structured early-phase projects with clear business cases and FID visibility. In several multi-field developments, restructuring early concept and integration decisions reduced downstream CAPEX exposure by up to 57% before FEED freeze.

This work is grounded in hands-on experience supporting FEED execution and technical due diligence, ensuring that early decisions remain viable through delivery and investment scrutiny.
