At sidepreneur.de, I am responsible as a shareholder for the technical and digital area. Together with our team, I conceptualized and implemented a comprehensive relaunch of the entire website – with the goal of taking the platform to the next level structurally and visually. I manage all technical issues related to the site, continuously optimize the user experience, and ensure that content performs – both in terms of SEO and conversion goals.

Furthermore, I am responsible for online marketing. In parallel, I organize local networking events in Nuremberg to bring together part-time founders in the region personally. In strategic matters, I am closely aligned with my co-shareholder and actively contribute my entrepreneurial and digital expertise to the further development of the sidepreneur.de brand.

Founding PCW Projects was the logical step for me to translate my passion for marketing, technology, and strategic growth into my own company. Since 2010, my team and I have been supporting companies from various industries on their path to sustainable digital success. As founder and managing director, I am not only the driving force behind the strategic direction but also deeply involved in many projects content-wise – especially in the areas of SEO, content marketing, and performance campaigns.

My work begins where standard solutions are no longer sufficient. I dive deep into our clients' business models, analyze markets, target groups, and competition to develop individual, data-driven strategies based on this. SEO is not just a channel but a strategic tool for long-term positioning. With a combination of technical optimization and high-quality content, we regularly ensure that our clients achieve top rankings – and stay there.

In addition to the technical work, I am also responsible for the acquisition and support of our key accounts as well as the expansion of strategic partnerships. I manage business development, develop new offerings, and examine trends and technologies for their potential for our clients.
