As an HR apprentice at a Shiva agency, I autonomously and versatilely handled human resources management in a demanding field environment (high turnover and tight labor market).

My concrete tasks:

• Creation and dissemination of targeted job offers

• Sourcing, profile pre-qualification, interview organization

• Writing optimized CVs for employees

• Individual HR follow-up of employees (onboarding, schedules, absences)

• Administrative management: contracts, employee files

• Contribution to staff retention (interviews, internal communication).

As a versatile employee, I held various roles in the store, combining autonomy, rigor, and customer service.

Tasks performed:

• Shelf stocking (food, fresh produce, groceries, etc.)

• Stock rotation and management of expiration dates

• Restocking, facing, and tidying shelves

• Customer advice, in-store guidance

• Cashiering and cash management (depending on periods)

• Cleaning and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

As a home care assistant, I provided comprehensive support to elderly and/or disabled individuals with daily living activities, promoting their autonomy and well-being.

Tasks performed:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility

• Meal preparation and assistance

• Home maintenance (cleaning, laundry, shopping)

• Social stimulation

• Observation and reporting of needs.
