When a project gets stuck, it's usually not a resource problem, it's an order problem. Misaligned teams, fuzzy objectives, decisions not made on time.
I have over 20 years of experience in very different sectors - industrial, logistics, international trade, gastronomy, events, training - and in recent years specializing in project management. This mix gives me something that cannot be learned solely through methodology: the ability to quickly see where the real blockage is, not the apparent one.
I have INTEGRA Methodology certification (based on PMI and agile) and experience coordinating projects nationally and internationally, in B2B contexts with teams and stakeholders from different countries. I have facilitated working sessions with management teams, organized confusing action plans, and supported decision-making in times of uncertainty.
I work with agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) when the project requires it, and with more classic structures when discipline and follow-up are lacking. I don't have a fixed formula - I adapt the approach to the project, not the other way around.
