Neomundi is the structure I created at the end of 2021, at a pivotal moment for territories and tourism.

A time when it became necessary to rethink models, find meaning, and rebuild on solid foundations.

Neomundi is a gateway to demanding and pragmatic support, dedicated to public institutions, destinations, and private structures that wish to design robust tourism projects, rooted in their context and capable of lasting.

My approach is based on a unique engineering of tourism development, founded on robustness: projects designed to withstand shocks, adapt to changes, and create lasting value for territories, their inhabitants, and their stakeholders.

Within the framework of payroll sponsorship with the ITG Group, I work in the same areas of expertise as those covered by Neomundi, when the context, the nature of the missions, or the requirements of the organizations call for it.

This status allows me to support public institutions, para-public organizations, national or international operators with complete legal and administrative security, while maintaining a demanding, grounded, and robustness-oriented approach.

My intervention focuses on the design and support of tourism, cultural, and educational projects intended to last, adapt to contexts, and strengthen the capacities of stakeholders.

As a mentor and evaluator at OpenClassrooms, I support learners in building their professional skills, from clarifying objectives to finalizing operational deliverables. I act as a methodological support, a trusted third party, and a demanding evaluator, with particular attention to professional posture, the quality of work produced, and the ability to move from idea to action.

This regular mentoring practice directly enriches my consulting, training, and coaching missions: it allows me to create clear pedagogical frameworks, help diverse profiles progress, and rigorously assess the maturity of a project, skill, or system.
