    Within a group environment, with multiple entities and business units, having a national & international dimension, the Colissimo Operations department of La Poste group is responsible for the functional management of applications for the industrial part of parcel management and distribution (logistics sector).

    Responsibilities
    Directly reporting to the IT department directors and integrated into an agile organization, some entities using SAFE, with a mixed role of program management, transverse AMOA project lead, and Product Owner-manager, the responsibilities include:

    • Understanding the group's strategic programs and translating them into business needs, functional requirements for the group's various IT systems (Business, Capabilities, Features, US - Jira) by considering backend & frontend RG, operational, structural, pricing, legal, and industrial requirements & limitations.
    • Coordinating Colissimo PM/POs, BSCC (another branch of La Poste), and other partners who will then translate them into different applications while informing management of risks & alerts.
    • Transversely managing projects with different working methods depending on the various teams (Safe, scrum, V-cycle, other…).
    • Conducting an inventory study of standards (Geodata, Geolabel, Postevent…) and the interoperability status of solutions from La Poste Group and its subsidiaries/partners (Colissimo, Courrier, Réseaux BP, BGPN, BNUM, DPD, Chronopost, Pick Up Services, Geopost) with the production of a roadmap for identifying harmonization areas to meet the strategic pooling ambitions of the La Poste Group COMEX (anticipation of a capacity deficit): areas, roadmap, allocation…
    • Developing a methodology for optimizing the testing phase in a context of variable projects, multi-subsidiaries, multi-partners, with a simultaneous transition to a reactive architecture for the Colissimo IT department.
    • Managing relationships with partners Geopost, DPD, Chronopost, Pickme, Stuart, Urby.

    The POC (Proof of Concept) projects assigned are:
    • Integration into the global offering of 3 startup partners for last-mile parcel delivery with a variable subcontracting level, aiming to increase delivery capacity, improve recipient user experience, and control deliveries.
    o A partner allowing customers to pick up their parcels from a neighbor during off-peak hours.
    o A partner enabling green delivery by choosing a time slot with geolocation tracking of the delivery.
    o A partner for delivering large-volume parcels by appointment.
    • Integration of parcel delivery from two group subsidiaries into La Poste's postal worker distribution network, with the goal of aligning and standardizing the IT infrastructure from one subsidiary to another and from one distribution system to another (ACP, P(P)DC).
    • Supporting the definition and implementation of a strategic program for a new "Collection" offer (new market share) for Colissimo PFC establishments (pricing strategy, penetration, legal, definition of progressive deployment plan, industrialization).
    • Core finance strategic program: implementation of a payment system for customs and CRBT financial collections during last-mile delivery with automated accounting industrialization, adaptation of operational business practices, change management, integration of a dematerialized payment method, and a new secure authentication system.
