Initiation, conception, and implementation of an independent exhibition area within the scope of the Mittelbayerische exhibition.

Responsible for exhibition concept, target audience approach, budget and schedule planning, acquisition and support of exhibitors, as well as coordination of all service providers.

The goal was to develop a clearly positioned trade fair concept with added value for visitors and exhibitors, implemented from idea to operational execution.

I manage budgets, schedules, and all involved stakeholders, and coordinate external service providers such as technical, catering, venues, and creative partners.

My focus is on clear processes, efficient implementation, and high quality, even under time pressure or with parallel projects.

I work hands-on, solution-oriented, and ensure that events are implemented economically, structurally, and smoothly.
