Over 15 years of experience in consulting and managing complex transformation programs within large organizations, primarily in the banking, asset management, and industry sectors.

I support general management and strategic programs that require structured management, clear governance, and cross-functional coordination between business units, IT, and support functions.

During my time at Cognizant, I contributed to transformation programs for groups such as BNP Paribas, Natixis, Société Générale, La Banque Postale, and Veolia, in multi-departmental and sometimes multi-country environments.

• Direction and management of transformation programs

• Implementation of strategic PMO and program governance

• Structuring of management and reporting for Executive Committees

• Coordination of cross-functional projects (business, IT, finance, HR)

I work on transformation programs, reorganizations, or structuring of management systems, requiring a high level of seniority and strong coordination between departments.
