🔹 Software Development Process: Development of a guide to modernize and optimize the software development process within the BWI group by introducing new tools that promote CI/CD concepts (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment).

💡 RESULT

My contributions have further enhanced the X-Boost system while ensuring the satisfaction of new clients. As a key software contributor in Europe, I played a vital role in supporting the system teams based in France, who design the braking algorithms at the core of the product. Furthermore, my efforts to optimize processes and my rigorous management of deliverables have helped streamline development and ensure smooth deliveries across multiple projects.

💡 RESULT

HER-ASL now has a team of qualified and fully operational engineers, specializing in embedded software development, particularly in AUTOSAR and Flash Boot Loader technologies. Our development process is robust, based on agile methodologies and compliant with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.

▶ INTRODUCTION

As Software Architect and Lead Integrator, I led the development and integration of the X-Boost braking ECU for the Rimac Nevera, a luxury electric hypercar, meeting ASIL-D requirements and complying with ISO 26262.

☑ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

🔹 Architecture Design: Definition of BSW requirements in collaboration with suppliers and system teams, meeting real-time and safety (ASIL-D) constraints.

🔹 Software Integration: Assembly and validation of embedded software (BSW, SWCs, Legacy Code). Code generation from MATLAB Simulink models (TargetLink & Embedded Coder).

🔹 Diagnostics Management: Integration and configuration of the UDS stack (CAN diagnostics).

🔹 Cross-functional Leadership: Coordination between system, validation teams, and external suppliers, ensuring technical consistency and adherence to deadlines.

🔹 Release Management: Supervision of all deliverables with rigorous tracking of traceability, quality, and deadlines.

💡 RESULT

The project resulted in the successful homologation of the ECU, deployed on an electric hypercar meeting the highest safety standards. My role was crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of the Brake-by-Wire system, while integrating advanced code generation processes to guarantee optimal quality and timely delivery.
