• ▪ Collaboration with two Martinique-based brands:

◦ ◦ For the first, involvement in the industrial aspect including the creation of technical files, measurement charts, factory support, and strategic thinking around collection development.

◦ ◦ For the second, support in the garment making process with machine sewing experiments and the production of mini-series.

• ▪ Development of new technical files on Indesign and Illustrator

• ▪ Modification & Transformation of patterns on LECTRA

• ▪ Marker making on DIAMINO to order for material consumption

• ▪ Communication with manufacturing sites in Tunisia

• ▪ Learning of standards and certifications related to workwear

• ▪ Work on an ERP system with the addition of supplies and materials

• ▪ Ensuring proper fit during prototype development

• ▪ Work on nightwear materials: lingerie, pajamas, loungewear

• ▪ Quality control and participation in the development of test plans

• ▪ Organization of priorities, meeting short deadlines, and managing a backward schedule

• ▪ Production monitoring with Asia from model creation to shipment: communication in English with suppliers and daily follow-ups

• ▪ Technical files with accessories and validation of colors and materials

• ▪ Work on measurement charts and wholesale products
