I have gained experience in almost all areas of recruiting on a full-time basis: I was able to help build a small early-stage executive boutique, I saw a personnel service provider from the inside, I discovered and conquered in-house recruiting for myself - and I am now summarizing approximately 10 years of experience in self-employment, which I have since transferred to a GmbH due to my good results.

The more difficult the position, the better :-): I never work on volume, always individually, and will (!) fill every position, no matter what.

I primarily serve areas that require special knowledge:

I worked for the Federal Intelligence Service for 8 years and am familiar with the relevant structures, so I can support consulting with a focus on authorities. I also understand the technologies ofintelligence gathering, so my focus is on communications and electrical engineering. Furthermore, I have successfully supported the area of energy storage**.

Therefore, I gladly take on projects in highly technical, difficult environments, project managers, sales representatives, product managers, field service engineers, etc. frommechanical engineering/mechatronicsandelectrical engineering.

Quickly finding a marketing professional or sales expert is, of course, no problem either.
