Founder of a custom clothing brand, I designed and developed a personalized offering from its definition to its delivery, placing the customer experience at the heart of each step: requirements gathering, design, iterations, and production coordination.

This entrepreneurial adventure allowed me to structure a tailor-made offer, manage a project from end to end, and develop solid skills in project management, prioritization, coordination, and continuous improvement, by leveraging user feedback to optimize the offering and processes.

For nearly 2 years at Engie E&C, I managed, as Project Manager PMO / Product Owner, the implementation of a billing platform within the Risk department.

My role consisted of analyzing complex business issues, gathering the needs of the teams, translating them into clear and actionable user stories for the development teams on Azure DevOps, ensuring their estimation, prioritization, and monitoring until delivery.

At the interface between the Risk & Management and Billing departments, I was responsible for arbitrating and prioritizing needs related to the Risk scope in order to optimize resource allocation, ensure deadlines were met, and guarantee the quality of deliverables within an Agile framework.
