Definition and management of the communication strategy for the Paris 2024 Torch Relay. Management of an internal team (3 people) and collaboration with several external agencies. Organization of high-impact events: press conferences and mixed zones. Management of press operations over 3 months of the Relay across France. Definition of large-scale media plans (arrival of the Olympic Flame in Marseille - accommodating over 1000 journalists). Writing talking points and media training for official spokespersons. Crisis communication expertise for a nationally significant event subject to incidents. Daily coordination of communication with a rich ecosystem of stakeholders. TV coordination: working with France Télévisions for daily live coverage of the Relay and special editions.

Communication plans for all of the Club's corporate activities: sponsorship, fashion & lifestyle, ticketing... Writing of all communication materials. Event management: organization of press conferences, galas, internal events, jersey launches, etc. Influencer activation: targeting content creators for product launches, partner trips, etc. Project management for documentaries, films, and series.
