    Data Project Manager (Hypervision)
    PUBLIC SECTOR
    December 2025 - Today (8 months)
    Meudon, France
Turnaround of a territorial data hypervisor project under Superset (320,000 inhabitants, 8 municipalities, market +€1M): took over delivery quality, structured data needs expression and delivery standards:
    - Publisher and budget validation steering: reframed the publisher through escalation committee with management, monitored deliveries, approved purchase orders, quarterly reports to the CEO.
    - Data & dataviz design: defined data needs and formats with business units, designed dashboards (content, charts, tooltips), mocked up in Excel for controlled needs and usable results.
    - Multi-source data integration via API: coordinated business units, publisher, and suppliers.
    - Quality assurance and go/no-go arbitration: structured and traceable acceptance testing plan, pragmatic arbitration of deviations by criticality, identified a security flaw before production.
    - AI contribution for DIGIT: AI consulting, acculturation sessions for business units (uses, limits, risks), design of Copilot agents via MCP for business units.

Data & AI Project Manager · Computer Vision POC to automate stock inventories
    LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN
    May 2024 - July 2024 (2 months)

    Context:

Stock inventories for restaurants were done manually, on tablets, or on paper, every week. This activity was time-consuming but essential for good logistics management of orders. POC objective: evaluate the feasibility of automation through visual recognition and counting via camera in the warehouse.

    Role and achievements

    • Managed a team of 8 experts and developers organized into 3 squads: recognition and counting model for items, hardware setup (fixed warehouse cameras), mobile application.
    • Led Scrum rituals for the 3 squads and managed the experts' workload.
    • Facilitated business workshops with France and Australia teams: understood the existing inventory process, its frequency, its time cost, and its role in the supply chain, before any design decisions.
    • Defined POC success criteria with the client: accuracy level from which the solution becomes truly usable in operations, arbitrated after numerous discussions rather than fixed unilaterally.
    • Recreated a warehouse stock to test and evaluate solutions in representative conditions.
    • Arbitrations in a research and development context: reorientations on the model and the mobile component, managed client expectations with each change in technical strategy.
    • Evaluated and optimized the expected return on investment of the solution.
    • Wrote the final report: POC conclusions and recommendations.

    Results

    • Recommended continuation in real conditions, results deemed sufficiently conclusive at the final presentation.
    • Remote management across two continents, with a daily client meeting.
    • Technical reorientations (model, mobile component) absorbed during the POC: decisive and explained arbitrations, without loss of trust in a research and development context.
