I like to define myself as a specialist in change management, communication skills, and making the difficult easy. I believe in the power of communication, especially in its use to build bridges between people, gain trust, work better in teams, and convey a message of social transformation.

I accompany companies and individuals in change management, the implementation of agility, and in improving their communication skills. I work with SMEs, startups, and multinationals. My tools are training, coaching, agility, and mentoring.
