With the agency director and employees, we studied how concentration works, the different factors influencing it, and explored various tools for refocusing (breathing, time management, real breaks...).

I had the pleasure of leading several workshops on exploring emotions at Kisptadium and BTwin Village for the passionate apprentices of Decathlon.

💡 In this workshop, we explored the fascinating world of emotions together: their role, how they work, how they inform us about our needs, and how to welcome them into our professional and personal lives.
