I was employed by LCN to form part of a design team, a role that was created by the large volume of hosting customers asking for a design service. My experience in previous roles allowed me to help set up this service, in terms of the product offering, how we collected information and communicated with customers to the maintenance aspects of the service.

I had the opportunity to lead a small design team for a creative agency and was responsible for the management of deliverables for a variety of projects, across brand development, website development, social media advertising and large print media. This included managing and mentoring a team of 5 and keeping the team motivated and happy which in turn aided to quality work being delivered for the clients.
