Etienne Vermeire

Graduated with a Master's degree from a top business school, I have been supporting organizations for over 10 years as an AMOA, Project Manager, and Organization Consultant. I work in both Agile and traditional environments, with a structured and results-oriented approach, at the intersection of business, functional, and organizational challenges to lead transformation and steering projects to completion.

My experience is structured around three areas. The first is project management and AMOA, with a strong steering dimension: framing, coordination, arbitration, priority monitoring, and deliverable securing in multi-stakeholder contexts. The second concerns functional consulting in finance and business process optimization, involving structuring needs, clarifying organizations, and improving consistency between business rules and tools. The third focuses on change management, training, and team support during transition phases, up to operational implementation.

I work with a pragmatic and efficiency-oriented approach, seeking to streamline projects, secure their execution, and facilitate collaboration between teams.
